Worst service I have ever experienced in NYC. The bottle of wine we ordered was out, since it was a busy night, which was not the issue and can happen, but we were not given any other options similar in price range. The waiter did not come back until we already finished all our food to take our wine order. When we got the check one of the meals was 4$ more expensive on the check than the menu. The waiter blamed it on the management who apparently did not get the new menus printed in time. He also made it seem like an achievement to have us pay the price on the menu than the wrong one on the check, seemed very sketchy and the entire experience was unpleasant and lengthy...

I've been here before but this time I'm really disappointed. Food came really late and they never brought bread and olive oil. Really disappointed

For some reason, I always come here after the museum. I like the restaurant and atmosphere here.

Our server, Hector V, was amazing. He was busy but was still attentive and very helpful. Ravioli and pasta was excellent. Lasagna was overcooked so that's why only 4 stars.

I was expecting a lot more for the price. I've had better italian at pizza hut. They'd rather sell framed pictures instead of food, the place is fancy-looking and you do get nice views from above.
