Hello. Thank you for reaching out both here and on Facebook. Per our conversation on Facebook, the hotel you stayed at is the Sheraton Georgetown in Texas, which is handled by Scent-Air, a competitor that has a similar name to ours. So you've reviewed us for a product that is not ours. With that, we'd ask you please remove your review and review Scent Air, not us here. Each fragrance we create abides by every regulatory, environmental and quality control standard set by RIFM, IFRA, Oregon Tilth, ISSA and the NPA. Each of these organizations have standards set and monitored by government oversight, and our degreed perfumers and quality control staff ensure every fragrance we create meets these government regulated standards. We can't attest to whether or not Scent Air is as strict in following the regulatory, environmental and quality control standard set by these organizations, but we follow them to the "T" and care about our carbon footprint. Each of these guidelines take into account sensitivities. Again, with that, we'd appreciate you please removing your review. - Im following up on your correction above to your original review. Again, you are not legitimately reviewing our product. Please remove your review by clicking the three slashes above your review. Otherwise well have to report the review to the Google my Business department. Thank you

I can't seem to delete this review. I worked with a different scent company. I would just encourage companies that are thinking about scenting their businesses to consider people who are sensitive to chemicals and concerned about the ingredients that comprise them. I personally avoid businesses that use scents because I am allergic and have concerns about carcinogens, endocrine disruptors, and toxins.
Can not say enough about their service , products and genuine care about all that you need. "Quality" from start to finish is what this company's about.
