Booked an appointment ahead of time for 2:45. 3:45 came around and I was still sitting in the pedi chair, waiting. No point in having an appointment if you'll be there an hour later. No one stopped by or said anything, until I got up to ask what the delay was. This used to be a great place, but not so much anymore. Will be seeking a new place.
