My girlfriend drove 3 hours just for them to tell her the appointments were cancelled!! Couldn’t show proof that they had canceled the appointments and then didn’t do anything to rectify the situation. Terribly unprofessional!

I wish I could give her 0 stars. Had the nerve to say she didnt know why my son had been refered to her. And his symptoms were too vague. She told me to go to a website. This was after an hour and a half wait. I could hear her outside talking about canceling a meeting. Its a shame she actually got paid for this visit. On the flip side, Dr. Kurtz is top notch. Compassionate, well informed, timely, and always listens and tries to help. Would recommend her to anyone whose child has need of a pulmonologist.

No direct parking in this building however there are many options to park although no valet either. Beautiful building with lovely architecture

The woman on the 6th floor greeting is at the front desk was amazing I didn't get her name but it was today (2-1-23) 1pm when I say friendly I mean made me feel like family, and than we go back to be seen and 5 AWESOME women came in that got a plastic back of an earring out of the inside of my 3 yr olds ear within 15 mins. He didn't cry once bc these ladies where so great! I can't say thank you enough for treating my baby so good! This place deserves an award!!!!!

I wouldnt recommend scheduling anything with this office. Because you will schedule something and a week before the apt or surgery they will call and cancel. They've done canceled this apt 5 times. I dont think we will actually ever get it. We live 3 hours away and we schedule everything together so that we dont have to make multiple trips. But they dont care. As long as its convenient for them. And they also dont listen to our questions or concerns. The only office in this building that I would give a 5 star review on is neurology with Dr. Barton. Every one else deserves 1 star and thats generous.
