Overall, my experience at Norbu was awesome and surpassed my expectations and past experiences for the usual trip to a jewelry store. I went in just to browse, left with a small purchase for my girlfriend's Christmas gift, but would absolutely return again when I have a little more spending power. They had some really nice things that seemed reasonable in price. I'm no expert, but some of the stuff in there just looks like it has to be worth more than they have it priced at. More importantly, I never felt like I was being sold or taken advantage of. Sadly, this is a common feeling for guys in a jewelry store with very little knowledge and experience with diamonds and other jewelry when you don't know the people and completely oblivious to whether what you are told is true or not. However, I felt super comfortable and nothing but good vibes through my entire shopping experience. I don't normally leave too many reviews, but I worked with the owner directly while I was helped and they shared that this is a newer store to the area so I thought it appropriate to drop a note to people out there and let it be known that this is awesome place to be serviced by knowledgeable, friendly and genuine people, while purchasing quality jewelry at more than fair prices. I purchased this awesome find and felt I got an awesome deal. Beautiful pendant, easy online shopping experience, very elegant packaging. And the peice itself is even better looking in person. Amazing clarity makes it look worth way more than I paid for it!
