Ive been here twice this week between business hours AND THE GATE IS ALWAYS DOWN!!!! Wasting my time stopping in this mall SPECIFICALLY for this place. And Im not calling a business that says open 12-7 and hasnt been open at 2 or 6. First time I said okay maybe they are at lunch, short staffed but the second time in the evening? Replying to owner: I didnt place an order through the website because I want look at what you had IN YOUR STORE as well as the turn around time for your shipping is not conducive to my time frame. I wish I could have given you zero stars for how you dont take ACCOUNTABILITY for anything. If youre not going to be open during your own business hours, update your listing. Simple as that. Look at how this business owner replies to potential and existing customers. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money else where.

I needed a particular shirt, on late notice, for my son who plays basketball. The woman staff member was amazing and so friendly! She knew exactly what I wanted and was patient while I asked questions and browsed prints. Since they can do anything, I am definitely considering buying more shirts from here.

I guess you never heard of emergencies can happen, no one answered the phone because no one was at the store at the time you were here. This couldve been solved by email or a phone call not a review I guess you dont know what reviews are for.

Their website says they open @ 12 I arrived at 11:45 waited til 12:30 & no one arrived. You guys need to update your times instead of having customers waiting around. Or at least answer the phone & state the time youd be opening. YOU RESPONDED AND SAID NO ONE COULD ANSWER THE PHONE BUT ENDED WITH A PHONE CALL WOULD'VE SOLVED IT?? HOW WHEN NO ONE WAS THERE TO ANSWER?
