I asked if color was important and you said no. We sent out a summery design for a man and 20 minutes later you leave a screaming voicemail. I returned your call and during that conversation we agreed that it would have been helpful for you to tell me what flowers you hate and that you wanted only one type of flower. Then you proceeded to tell me you never have good experiences purchasing flowers for your husband, but that is what you expect from Vallejo. I told you that was insulting and unnecessary. I explained that while mistakes like this are rare I always correct them and offered to bring your husband a brand new replacement the very next day which you immediately refused. You insulted an entire community when it was a simple misunderstanding that could have been rectified in less than 24 hours. The 30% is what you chose. The carte Blanche on substitutions is what you chose when your first option was not available. The fact is your husband could be looking at purple orchids, roses and succulents right now, but you said no.
