I appreciate that you had high hopes in working with us. I own that I should have never offered to help when I saw your Facebook post about needing business cards quickly. I knew what was on my plate but I have a helping heart and thought I could fit it in since it you said that you had finished art. You did receive the rushed cards that you needed for an event on time. The difficulty that I had with the art with that process should have warned me that trying to go digital with the art was going to be a problem but you said that you would be sending revised art so I thought the problems would be fixed. When you said that you wanted to support a small business rather than a big company I did appreciate that and told you that there are pros and cons. I said that I didn't have the backup like staff does in the big stores. I was away from my desk often for a variety of reasons over the last 3 weeks and that put me behind on my email and I had not been on social media. There was no intent to ignore you. When I tried processing your cards,which I did many times, the black background came back washed out, that is what happens using RGB colors with a CMYK printing process and even though I was trying to change the RGB to Rich Black CMYK it wasn't holding. I tried. I didn't create the art so I don't know why it didn't work. Proceeding to print something that wasn't going to meet expectations would have been a waste for both of us. I always try to make amends if/when something goes wrong. That is what happens in life. Things go wrong and you make amends as best as possible. Not everything can go the way that we want. Fortunately there is way more good happening than bad. Your job went bad and the only way to fix it in this case was to refund your money. We tried contacting you that I had errands in town and could meet you. You paid cash so I wanted to refund you in cash. There were 7 phone calls and 4 texts trying to reach you so that you did not come out needlessly and I did have to get to town on other errands. We tried. At the end of this you got your money refunded and rushed business cards for free and you have hurt me as I assume was the intent of your actions, to punish me for letting you down. I did not intend to hurt you and I did try to make it right. Best wishes, Marsha

I originally had high hopes when this company was able to assist me with a rush job for business cards. The caveat was I had to purchase a minimum of 500 additional business cards that would come later. I have no issue with that as I enjoy supporting small-business. I was told that it would take 2 to 3 business days for those 500 cards to arrive once artwork had been received. It took 3 weeks of emailing, phone calls, text messaging, Facebook messenger's Communications before anyone even responded to my inquiry as to where my order was. The response I finally got over the phone was they just had so many other jobs that mine just kept getting pushed back. When I asked for an explanation why it took so long for anybody to even respond back to me I never had a good reason. They made an emotionless apology that was completely insincere and offered to do a thousand business cards for the cost of 500 and it would be ready in two days. Three days go by and I still have not received notification that the project was ready. I then get an email saying there was an issue with the artwork that their graphic designers could not figure out and requested that I fix the artwork and resend it. I open the artwork confused to find that the issues that they were asking me to fix we're non-existent. It then took another 3 days for them to respond to my request for a full refund. I was told that I could come by the shop to pick up my refund or they could mail a check to me. Looking back at their track record on how long it takes for them to respond to do anything I stated that I would be there that day to pick up my refund. I arrived at the business towards the end of the day only to be greeted by an employee to let me know that the owner had to go into town because she didn't have any cash to refund my order. She then said I had to drive 20 minutes back into town to meet the owner to pick up my refund. This company does one thing well and that is over promise and under-deliver. STAY AWAY. A 1 Star rating is way too high.
