Poor communication- I called the day before our arrival to make sure we could get same day rental. We showed up and were told they can’t give them to us same day and their technician wasn’t around (not sure why that matters) waste of our time and no we don’t know if we can get skis for our trip. Ruining our weekend. So disappointed
