I have a number of uniforms from Apparel Redefined for my children's sports teams and the best I can say about the company is that they can hardly even handle putting basic print on a shirt or pair of pants. I have picked up uniforms for a team I manage and see their employees sitting on the parking blocks in front of the store smoking and socializing. While I understand employee break time it does not set a professional atmosphere for customers when stopping in, especially with children with, to pick up sports team uniforms. When I called acquiring about my daughter's uniform pants, instead of being told that they could not accommodate my request or to reach out through the organization they told me they would call me back shortly with an answer to my question. The only call I received was from my organization. While I understand protocol, it only takes one minute to state that there is a protocol or to say yes or no to a question. This company lacks any form of professionalism or customer service.

I have used A&R for many custom apparel pieces. They are top notch! I have had them produce t-Shirts and Jerseys. I value working with a local vendor. Their facility is local and they run a serious operation.

They have a great selection of high quality jackets, shirts, hats and more. Their artists are top notch, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they do excellent work at a very competitive price! We have used them for shirts, jackets and bags and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. If you need anything screened or stitched Apparel Redefined should be your first stop.
