I was hesitant to sign up for boxing because of my lack of coordination. Not only have I learned to box but Master Sayed taught me martial arts as well. Im now a black belt in kicks and on my way to a black belt overall. Hes a fantastic instructor kind, patient, and very dedicated. He truly believes in his students. Ive seen it with me and when Ive witnessed him with others. I cant tell you how much Master Sayed has empowered me. He is pretty incredible. I highly recommend his training!

Was trained by master Sayed since I was a little kid. It was such a great experience that my younger sisters are also training under them and have a black belt. The gym is very clean and the staff is very professional. I really enjoyed my time here and there is no other gym in the area that is nearly as good. Them not being a major chain really is a good thing because they focus more on their clients and quality of training.

Absolutely love Mater Sayeds Classes. If you have a gym membership just get rid of it and take his classes lol . I have never sweated so much in my entire life. He works with you so never think you wouldn't be fast enough! He works with all level of students. My entire family comes to him and my kids (8,9) love it. They are also extremely tired when they leave lol. My husband comes home soaked in sweat haha. He likes meeting ppl so just pop in and say hello and he will explain everything to you . The best part is he truly cares about his students and wants to make sure they succeed.

If I could give more stars I would! Master Sayeds personal training has completely changed me physically, and mentally. Master Sayed personal training sessions are very personalized, which I love. Not only have I been to multiple other personal trainers, but not one was nearly as close as a personal trainer Master Sayed is. He truly puts his 100% in order for you to not just sweat but to actually LEARN!
