I am not a complainer, but VERY disappointed. I personally went in and selected a monogram with female employee. They printed a mini-monogram, not a normal size one. It was confirmed by another employee as entirely too small. I asked for a phone call the next day, not return call. George was in helpful in telling me who to call, but no call. I went in a day later, told I would get a call, no return call. I called the following day -- no apology, unable to correct, I asked for proofs of something to add so the monogram area was more appealing, but never received them. Called again today, Cindy was snarky about my requested for the completed backpack, which they never corrected. No offer to pay for the backpack. School is Monday :( First day of school is vital to the confidence of students, but I was told they have larger order deadlines they need to fill. Sad when business is prioritized over people, especially little people.

Im very sorry about your Moms experience Jeniva, we dropped the ball on this and I sincerely apologize. We took the order and did make an exception because it was a referral. My wife had a trip for her other job, so she took the paperwork with her so she could get a proof done. However, she had issues at her site and couldnt get a proof complete. During that time, the direct to garment printer we use for orders like this went down. We were supposed to have a tech out on Monday, but they ended up not coming until Wednesday. When my wife got back in the shop, she was playing catch up on art and was going in order that we received the orders. When your Mom called and asked about her order, we offered to make the shirt that day, but it was the day after the due date and she said we missed the deadline. Im extremely sorry for this and would love another chance to make this right.

Placed an order a week & a half before the deadline. They stated it could be ready & that they were going to send a proof of how it was going to look like. The proof never got sent. My mom was ordering this t-shirt as a surprise for my 30th birthday. She called to follow up since she hadnt heard from anyone & they stated that there was an issue with their printing machine. No courtesy call to let her know what was going on. If you place an order & provide exceptions to a customer & do not follow through that does equate to good business principles. There is no excuse because they asked for a phone number & an email address. My mom was very disappointed bc this was supposed to be something special & meaningful. Whether its one t-shirt or not if we liked the service we would keep using this company & send referrals.

Hi Dee. I'm not really sure what you consider responsive, but let me share the timeline of the email string I have. At 8:23AM on 8/27, we received an email from you through our website asking if we could do puff embroidery on 8 hats with a dst file that you have. At 8:29 on 8/27, we responded that we would need to see the dst file to see if we could use it and what the stitch count was so we could give you a price. At 8:49 you sent us the dst file. At 10:14 we replied that we would need to do a sew out to see the quality of the dst file and if it was good, the price is $11 per hat. At 10:20 you said you weren't sure what a sew out was and if there would be a charge for it. At 10:24, we told you that there was no charge for us doing the sew out and that we would sew this logo on a piece of material to see the quality of the dst file. At 10:27 you asked for us to give you an update on when this was completed. At 12:50 you asked for a timetable for the sew out. at 12:54 we wrote back saying it might not be until tomorrow. We had our schedule already for that day and couldn't drop everything at that time to do a sew out as we had deadlines we had to meet. At 11:59 the next day(Friday) you said update at our earliest convenience on how things were going. During Covid, we have cut back our hours and we close at 2PM on Friday. At 5:38PM you responded saying you were still waiting on a response and going somewhere else. If you are going to do a review and bash a company, you really should provide all of the information. We did respond to your initial emails in a timely manner, but because you were providing your own dst file, we wanted to ensure it was quality before we embroidered on your hats. If we didn't and your dst file was not quality, then your hats would be junk and I don't think you would want that and I know we wouldn't. I'm sorry we didn't get back to you at the end in what you think was a timely manner, but we had other orders we had to get out and doing puff embroidery takes a little extra time to get set up than regular embroidery does. Also at this time, we were training a new seamstress, so things were going a bit slower. I hope you found someone who was able to help you. Thanks George

They don't reply to emails and to be an embroidery business they couldn't even let me know they could do the embroidery on snapbacks that I was supplying. I don't recommend wasting time here. very unresponsive.
