I came here to get my first tattoo. The first time I came for just an outline of a symbol. The lines came out uneven, like a part of it was thicker than the rest. I'm not sure if it was my fault that the ink bled because I put a shirt over it right away. I wasn't given any sheet or tips on aftercare either, but I should've asked. Then a couple of months later I decided I wanted the symbol filled in and a little extra added to it. So I come back. I noticed after it healed that there are patches of my skin I can still see. I asked for it to be filled in completely. I know it's not my fault this time because my husband had a sheet he got from a different tattoo studio with the aftercare and we did everything it said. Now I'm just really bummed about my not well done first tattoo and I'm going to have to spend more money to get it done right, but definitely elsewhere. The staff seemed friendly, the shop was really cool but I just feel that they rushed doing my tattoo. :(

Bad place to go for piercings, definitely want my refund or I will go to court, its more about the principle.. I did not pay over $80 to go through pain and up with Horribly bad and not symmetrical piercings!!! So F#&^ing disappointing...

Honestly love this place. They were very professional and friendly. The work these guys did on us was outstanding!! Very proud of the pieces they did. I will not go anywhere else.

I am so upset! I got my nipples pierced here last august and the guy did a butch job. I finally sucked it up and went to another piercer for help at a different shop in murrieta, they advised me to remove them, let them heal, and re pierce the correct way. He basically pierced my areola instead of my nipple. My breasts are now scarred because of it. It's very upsetting! I don't know about their tattoos, but I do NOT recommend this place for piercings. I have 12 piercings and I have never experienced such Unprofessionalism from a piercer. Didn't even give me any kind of break down or talk about after care. Terrible.
