Sir, I'm really sorry you had a poor experience. Two employees stopped what they were doing and looked for the one specific flashlight you wanted. They couldn't find it, offered to show you many similar lights but you wanted them to continue to look for a flashlight we didn't have. We have a small staff and are unable to provide a personalized shopping experience for each customer. Our online fulfillment is always a priority. Would give them zero stars if it was available. Absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had at any retail establishment. New owner / manager did not want to take time to help with / find a product that I was enquiring about. I would be very careful about dealing with them. To be fair, over the years the previous owners and employees were great and the store was great. I have given them a lot of business over the years............ that ended with this guy. The other employees were nice, but I was not worth the owners / manager's time for my tiny purchase. I have owned my business for over 20 years and would never treat any of my customers the way I was treated, small transaction or large.
Phenomenal store! I popped in quickly to check out knives, and ultimately bought one. I can't wait to check everything out when I have a bit more time.
I have made a purchase from GoingGear.com but unfortunately they've taken my money and ran. I've tried every which way to contact them but they do not respond and won't give me back my money. Do not order from them, you'll place your order and pay the money, and that's the last you'll hear. Will need to seek legal action to try and recover my money unfortunately. Absolutely disgusting behaviour
