My experience with Springbot is similar to others with negative results. Was spending over $900 a month between their charges and Facebook ads. Website sales were flat. They did waive the 30 day termination period if I would amend my feedback. So 3 stars is being generous.
Springbot was quick to address questions for which we needed answers. Easy to schedule times to review reports and plan new actions and campaigns. The email platform is easy to understand and the templates have a good selection to choose from if creating your own campaigns. Our rep Georgia is a pleasure to work with and cares about our success. She is a great reflection on the company and an example of someone that strives to take the additional steps needed to help!
I literally can't go on enough about the positive impact Springbot has had on my company. From my initial meeting with Preston in sales (who actually cares about our company, our success, and our satisfaction), to my eventual partnerships with Olivia (our onboarding specialist wizard) and Carrie (the sharpest ad/email slinger in the south) we have had nothing but incredible experiences. Especially after some awful experiences with other marketing companies that were antiquated, poorly managed, or failed to communicate, Springbot has been a breath of fresh air. Their entire team is comprised of proactive, compassionate, and intelligent people that genuinely do the work. They've put in the effort to understand our voice as a company and ensure their advice is specifically catered to helping us reach our personal sales and marketing goals. They are delightfully honest with us and are never afraid to answer a question with, "I don't know, but I will find out," which they then proceed to ACTUALLY FIND OUT, which is something I have the utmost respect for. Perhaps my favorite part of our partnership thus far has been the onboarding process. Over the last few months, I have worked personally with Olivia from Onboarding to walk through every ounce of Springbot's site: learning how to create and send emails, create ads, analyze conversions, study reporting, and find the answers to any questions I might have throughout the process. Meetings were regular, actual learning was done, and I feel more confident with Springbot's up-to-date system and features than I ever felt when using our other marketing companies' softward. Plus, Olivia is just a freaking fantastic human that single-handedly helped us implement some incredible changes that have already made an enormous positive impact. What a dang gem she is -- if you can get her as your onboarding specialist, do it! There's not much else to say, really -- if you're looking for a way to boost your marketing and sales with a team of people that genuinely care, do it with Springbot. I'm not a very review-y woman, but this just had to be said. They genuinely deserve the praise, and I couldn't recommend them enough.
I have not seen a return on the money I spent with them. They assured me their team would help me scale my business and they did not.live up to that agreement. The paid ads that I paid for had no rhym or reason to them. I didn't t not receive any additional sales as promised. I only pay those for services that I can not provide for myself. In this case I just paid them them to do exactly what I have been doing. A complete waste of my money and time.
