Dear Jenna! We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your dress. Buying a wedding dress is a very important decision and we want every bride to be happy with her choice. Unfortunately, like most of other bridal salons we are not able to take the wedding dresses back since they are usually custom ordered. We did go over the return policy at the time you placed an order, on which you agreed. Your invoice also shows the policy. You did reach out to us a couple of months after receiving your dress, but unfortunately, we were not able to take your dress back. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope you understand.
