Like Carolyn Simon, I have had a thoroughly negative experience with Bes Builder. I continued past pre-construction with them, but what Carolyn describes sounds very familiar. Long ago, when the project started (which they told me they would complete in 2-2.5 months) the reviews were all positive. It seems something has changed

Sorry your experience was not a good one. The pre construction phase takes time and I am truly sorry it didn't work out. We have refunded the fee and I hope that was helpful. Good luck with your project.

Bes Builders does not follow through with its promises. After paying them a hefty $5,250 in pre-construction costs, they went weeks without responding to emails, were no-shows on site visits, and didnt bring out a single tradesperson over three months to look at our project. They finally offered a refund and as with the rest of the process- were incompetent and did not follow through. When you dont complete work and then keep someones money that you have agreed you owe them, that is called stealing.

I had a great experience with my bathroom remodel with Bes Builder. They had online scheduling and planning that showed me what they were doing and when they were doing it. We finished on time, in budget, and passed every inspection the first time. They were here on-time every scheduled day and produced quality work. Their tiler does amazing work (as seen from the attached picture). Would definitely use them again for future projects.

Bes Builders was great to work with when we remodeled our downstairs. Everyone there is extremely helpful and kind. The workmanship is outstanding. I was so impressed that I have hired them for a second project.
