I have purchased two mattress so far.. no issues and it was good experience. This time I have purchased bed as well.. The bed arrived in two boxes both damaged. The bed had stains and rips due to bad packaging and handling. I immediately contacted them they advised me to assemble it as ususally bed doesnt get damaged in transport. I assembled it and had issues with four items which they sent it to me. but then I couldnt replace the items as it will mean disassemble whole bed and build it again. In short, they use third party suppliers and have no control over quality and issue resolving hence I would definitely avoid them in the future.. lesson learned hard way..

What a disgrace of a bed and matress. Everything has decoloured and looks like second hand wood what they used hard to explain. All the mattress has sunk in all down one side. The whole base and matress is just not good quality at all for the money 1700. Its creaks, it's the worse bed I have ever brought. So far the communication with the company is very terrible it's been going on for 8 weeks and now I'm going though legal roots now because they keep saying nothings a matter with it. But when they come out they said they see the problem but when they leave and go back it's a diffrent story and just palming me off if I do get my money back I'll update this.

Excellent service with delivery and exchange/return of a mattresses that I found too hot. Customer Service Team, really helpful and caused no problems for me. Now I just have to find the correct mattress for me/us

Hi Khalil, I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your mattress. I can see that you ordered the Silentnight Essentials Pocket 1000 Mattress, which doesn't contain any memory foam. This mattress has a firmness rating of Medium. I can see that you are speaking with our Customer Service Department regarding this issue and that they are working with you to resolve this.

Their return policy is a shambles. The mattress was softer than expected because of memory foam layer. Not only are you not allowed to remove it from it's packaging to check the product, you will have to arrange for your own courier which can exceed 50. A hefty loss if you order the wrong mattress. Not only that they demand 14 day cancellation period when distance selling regulations allow 14 days from receipt of the item. Now i'm stuck with a mattress that gives myself and my wife back pains each morning.
