Tara is absolutely the worst to deal with. Upon signing a new lease to say she was unprofessional and unhelpful would be an understatement. Raising the rent was fine however she refused to send a proper lease and delayed the signing until month to month was required tacking on an additional $150 on top of the $100. We were not the only residents they did this to in our complex as well. Absolutely horrid and unhelpful. When we try to leave they tack on late fees on top of rent we should have never been charged for in the first place. When the issue was raised to management they were just as useless as the sorry realtor. I will never be dealing with Rincon again.

I have been with Rincon ventures for almost three years now and from day one till present i have received nothing but quality and professional assistance from Chelbi. When i submit a work order for whatever reason I hear back from her immediately and the problem gets fixed promptly.
