Bought car. 2 days later, check engine light comes on. Whatever, it was a cheap car, figure I'll fix it myself. A few days after that, the ac goes out. Turns out there's a leak on the low side AC lines. After 6 weeks, we call to ask where the title and plates are. Owner reveals that he never had the car inspected, and that we need to get it inspected at our cost. Small problem... we've since moved to an emissions area, and the check engine light is on (automatic fail on 96+ vehicles in TX). After some arguing, he agreed to "inspect without the vehicle" (i.e. pay someone to "inspect" it), and we can pick up the plates. Much bigger problem: he just asked us to pay to get a vehicle inspected. By law, dealers in TX are required to perform the inspection prior to the sale. When we bought the car, we told them we'd be moving, and would need everything mailed. Nope, he won't mail them, we have to pick them up. Great... one 10 hour round trip later, I have plates, but still no title. Still waiting on a title, almost 4 months later. Carfax still doesn't show that the title was ever transferred. Final edit: finally received the title today, after 3 weeks of phone calls (turns out they've had the title the whole time, never tried to mail it like they said they had/would). We bought the car in April, it's almost the end of October. And they had recorded a lien on the title (they did sign off that the lien was satisfied, but why the hell record a lien when we paid cash? And they didn't include a lien release form, so no telling what'll happen when we try to sell it). When I called asking about the lien release, they basically told me "have a nice day" and hung up on me. Blocked me from their Facebook page when I tried to leave a review on there.

I bought a 2017 Subaru Legacy CASH . They sold me a broken car , this car came with NO SEATBELT . I only drove it for ONE WEEK & it broke down , they didnt care about it breaking down or to even give me my money back .
