The printing is not bad, I would be fair and say it's a 3 (scale 1-5). However, the communication is really bad. They would commit to a time, that time would come and go and no one would contact me. Requiring me to call and email and chase behind them to get work done. The cycle repeated a number of times. So I'm not a fan.
WARNING ABOUT KINGSLAND PRINTING We are completely dissatisfied with Kingsland printing. We lost more than $300 because they printed the wrong color on our t-shirts. Just imagine how awful yellow/ochre color looks on a sheer bright pink t-shirt. The color did not have anything in common with the color that we sent her, contrast was different that on our mock-up, and the paint was so thin that material was visible through it, which made the appearance even worse. Didnt she see how terrible this color looks? I'm sure she did, but she did not care. Her service is expensive, but at that time we were in the rush and did not have time to search for another printer. First, we had to wait about two additional weeks after the promised. When finally the woman, Sara, emailed that she finished printing, she said that t-shirts look wonderful. When we got our t-shirts, we saw that they were entirely destroyed, they are a loss. When we asked her to return money, she refused. Then we offered another proposition not to return money, but at least to try to improve the design and print burgundy color on the top of yellow as precise as possible, free of charge. She answered that she can try to print, but she would charge us for a new printing job full price. Our explanation that we are small start-up business and cannot afford to lose such money did not help. We would not recommend dealing with Kingsland printing under any circumstances.
