One star too many. I am a type one diabetic. I rely on my insulin and supplies to survive. HLMS has put me in a very bad spot. The company no longer can fill orders by text. HLMS sent me the usual text on October 5, asking if I wanted my supplies sent as usual. I replied yes. After waiting over a week with no supplies, I called and asked where are my supplies. They haven’t a clue. I was told by customer service that they no longer use texting to fill orders. I asked why am I getting texts to refill my order. I got an answer that they were having big problems with their software and couldn’t use texting anymore. I told them I was totally out of sensors and needed them now. I was told HLMS could not get my supplies out for another 5-7 business days. This is a huge problem!! I have been waiting for almost a week. No sensors and No transmitter. Does HLMS have any idea why people need their medical supplies? Has anyone even heard of diabetes in this company? How dare they put so many lives in jeopardy. This company needs to be sued for risking or possibly killing patients.
