I have tried numerous times to order as a retail customer!! After over 6 weeks of total frustration I drove to their location knowing that they do not sell to the public, yet hoping for assistance. After almost 45 minutes of waiting, some shallow superficial efforts to help, I was dismissed and told that I would have to order online then call and change delivery to curbside pickup. So, they wasted my time only to repeat condescendingly what I already knew and had voiced to them. They obviously handle primarily business accounts where customer service is at a lower scale because it's strictly a business transaction. I have just finished my final attempt at ordering and will not attempt again and will not be referring anyone to their site. Nothing has been corrected in the online order and they blame it on the zip code! Not only is that a stupid outlandish excuse, bit it's also an insult to my intelligence. Perhaps others will have better success.
Ohhhhhhhh my gosh! This place is amazing. The customer service was stellar and the quality of the food products are top notch. My family has ordered from them many times and they NEVER disappoint. I absolutely love that this company is local and has gone above and beyond the call of customer service. Not only has their COVID-19 response helped residents such as myself by providing quality food that is delivered right to my door. But they are affordable and perfect for my large family! The owners have even reached out personally and asked how they can better serve customers such as myself. Their delivery drivers are always courteous and call before they deliver to ensure that your food isnt left unattended. Amazing company!!
I appreciate the transition they made to get to retail from wholesale, up until recently they offered curbside pick up for free, now it's only a couple of dollars, but it's still a fabulous place to get produce and meats at good quality and great prices.
