The most obnoxious customer service ever! Had the audacity to, in no uncertain terms, call my husband a liar when he said he was in there 20 years ago and the store was set up differently. Funny thing is he remembers specific details and she laughed and said that was way longer like 40 years ago! Ummm nope! My husbad was only 5 years old living in Chicago 40 years ago! Lol Do NOT recommend this place!

Great English and Western tack store! Update, Trevor helped me find a new Royal Highness saddle for jumping. Great service. Got a beautiful Felt Buffalo Stetson cowboy hat. They even custom shaped it to my head for free! Looks awesome Will return for a straw hat come summer.
