Our wedding was in 2021 so it’s been over a year, but I feel I should share my negative experience so I can prevent others from making the same mistake. #1 we were told gratuity was included in the upfront cost of the bar, and yet the bartender placed a tip jar on the counter and collected tips from guests who didn’t know #2 we were told the open bar would supply water (our outdoor wedding was 90 degrees) but after the ceremony, I, (the groom) went to the bar and said “we need water for everyone it’s so hot.” The bar tender said “all I have is one pitcher and then someone needs to go refill it at a drinking fountain”. (We had a family member go get a cooler of ice and a few packs of bottled water). #3 we were told staff would wear masks and gloves and serve the guests, but instead they set up the food for the guests to serve themselves, and also didn’t wear masks or gloves. Needless to say, we would not recommend. The food was good which is why 2 stars instead of 1.
