Arrogant and rude staff. Firstly the receptionist kept me waiting for 7 minutes and continued with her own work. She eventually told me Brad was waiting upstairs for me. I went up and for 15 minutes nobody approached me. Little did they know I was in to enquire about purchasing a fleet of discovery's!!! I'll certainly be going elsewhere. AVOID

Hi there as this gets a quick reply, you did not say before I left that the service was not able to be recorded!! As said on the day, the key was genuine but must of somehow malfunctioned as the part number was correct and was a genuine BMW key as that and the spare were exactly the same. I am 100% certain that no protective blankets where used on the car as then the scratches and oil spill over the car would of gone onto them and not the car. Please look back through your cctv footage for evidence of this! I am not happy at all with your service you provided and I still can point out the marks your technician left on the car, unless the car is sprayed I doubt another round of polishing which is only semi permanent is going to help. Anyone that cares about there car should not use your services as there car will most likely come back damaged!

FANTASTIC, from the minute i walked through the door the staff were helpful friendly and really knowledgeable . Roxanne and alex helped me find the car i wanted and Roxanne went above and beyond from start to finish. Can not fault one person in that dealership all amazing. Even with covid staff were helpful and i felt 100% covid safe being there. THANK YOU all but especially Roxanne

The sales patter is fantastic, couldnt be better. Super responsive and pleasant. After sales is so poor - communication is bad and follow up very slow. Such a shame as I hoped this dealer would be different.
