I have ordered multiple products in hope of supporting a great company, yet the lack of customer service and non-receipt of products ordered and paid for is unacceptable. I ordered multiple items on Aug 3rd and received everything but the Tweed Rectangle Dog Bed cover. I had ordered it to be monogrammed and expected it to be delivered separately, yet to date I still have not received it (almost 2mths later) and no status update via text or email. The 2nd order placed on Aug 30th had multiple items, 7 to be exact, and I have heard nothing as to the status and it indicates on the order that it is "still processing". Lastly, I received a dog bowl that was in pieces and contacted them the day I received it to have it replaced, yet again, no response. I have emailed the company 3 times and have called with no response. I have requested a full refund due to this unacceptable business transaction. I would not recommend Mission-pets Inc due to these multiple issues.
