Dropped off my ring that a diamond fell out of the setting over a month ago. Was told it would be ready for pick up 12/4. Received no call that it was ready, so I called once the store opened on the day it was due. Was told “will be ready this afternoon.” Called at 3pm again and was told will be ready before close. It appears they just started working on my ring the day of which is a bummer. Would have rather kept my own ring and dropped it off for the day of service had I known it wouldn’t be worked on all month. Frustrating to be away from a special ring for over a month and not receive any updates but have to call and inquire myself. While also not receiving any apologies for the miscommunication or delay.
