I told a friend about a project at Walsh's and he laughed at me and said "good luck". He was right. You must be really patient to do a job with this staff. They're scattered, the product is flimsy/cheap and I paid for an order that I never received (but did tell them to keep the product and money so I never had to walk in that store again. I couldn't show up to event again with cheap stuff anyways, made me look bad) Working with this crew is a lost cause unless you just need t-shirts but even then.. you'll be asked 3 times if it's right and when you get it.. it will be cheap cheap stuff. Order what you need online.
I was very disappointed in the experience I had with Awards by Walshs. I placed an order for t-shirts online, but wasn't contacted until I called and asked if it was received. I was told that my deadline could be met and I would be notified when the shirts were available for pick-up., but when the day came I was not notified and neither my call nor my email were responded to until two days later. Finally I picked up the shirts and the screenwriter images were off-center and noticeably crooked. I gave one extra star because I was given a discount for the problems, but I will NOT return to this business.
Awards By Walshs has supported our school with two fundraisers in the past two months. Deana has been incredible and supportive during our first experience with apparel sales. She is prompt and efficient each and every time we contact her. We would highly recommend Awards By Walshs to anyone looking to support a great local business!

I also want to let you know this is the first I've heard about your issue. I wish you had asked to speak to me, or a manager because we would have taken care of the issue on the spot. I have been in business for over 30 years and I pride myself in knowing that each person we do business with walks away feeling satisfied. That apparently didnt happen in your case. Ordered 3 shirts with embroidery. They did an awful job. Embroidery were way off and slanted. They were not willing to replaced. Talk about customer service. Covid-19 made them hungry for money. BEWARE!! NEVER AGAIN!
