Unhelpful staff, the doctor got my prescription wrong and I had to call repeatedly and go in person several times to get a very basic mistake corrected. They never pick up their phone and it seems like half the front desk staff has no idea whats going on.

Have to give one star because I felt so disrespected by Dr. Michelle Penshorn . My eye doctor visit was good until I sat in her room I will not see her again and the male assistant was extremely annoying wish I got his name . Other then that the place is very clean and the front desk receptionists are nice.

Wonderful selection of frames even better than my regular eye doctors office. I got a new pair and they are really stunning. Service is excellent. Store is spotless. Check this place out for sure!

Very nice and very professional. Walk in anytime and set up an appointment, they had availability for the same week. Doctor and assistants are cheerful and know exactly what they are doing. Definitely will return.

They are very slow to repair a child eyeglasses. Had to call my insurance because I was getting different dates from the receptionist.
