Hi Sam! Unfortunately, the service that you repeatedly requested (notarize a document for an unknown person who was not present) is against our office policy. We were very patient in explaining this to you, and I am very proud of our staff for maintaining the integrity of our services instead of capitulating to make a quick buck.
