They wasted our time with empty promises, failed to do anything useful, failed to send an invoice, and they're currently failing to pick up the phone or respond to emails. Not recommended.

These guys started off well but took on too many clients too fast and as a result they could not cope. Would not recommend.

After contacting Finsbury Media to help with me with both a new website and some marketing, I can't thank them enough. I spoke to Chris Spencer, one of their sales chaps and guided me through the whole process. He gave me a website theme so I knew in advance what my website would like. He then talked me through the pro's and cons of using the internet to make money for my busineess. I had no idea that it was not an instant fix, we discussed competitors, my products, budgets and how I could launch my business online. I've spoken to a few agencies and all they wanted to know was my budget. All Chris wanted to know was my business and how we could make it work online. Finsbury media have been a great resource for us as a business over the last 18 months.
