Management is untrustworthy with low integrity; the CEO is under qualified and leads off of the highs and lows of their emotions. They lack goals, structure, and teamwork. Interpersonal office drama is extreme due to coworkers/management being nosey and manipulative. It's just sad that their management of office work and relationships can't be professional so that the real work of feeding and supporting the seniors of our community can be done properly.
