Terrible customer service. I submitted an order online with specific instructions on cropping. They were unable to accommodate due to how I submitted the photos, but rather than contact me to let me know and ask me to re-send the file they printed the photos. When I complained they agreed to reprint. However, in both orders (the original and the reprint) they did not send an email notifying of the order being complete. While the prints came out beautifully, and the price was reasonable, I will never again use their services as a result of this frustrating experience.
