Honestly, quite possibly one of the worst businesses I have worked with. For the first while, they were very nice and reasonable to work with. But once they get busy with something else, they will prioritize customers and kick you to the curb. I dropped off an order that would normally take about 1-2 weeks, maybe a month at most to complete. I gave detailed note of what to do on the order. 6 months, LITERALLY 6 months went by, and when I tried to call or get in contact once they heard my name they would say "okay I need to call you back" and then never call me back, or not even bother to answer my calls. I finally took the time out of my busy schedule to drive down and actually go in to talk to these guys, and NOT A SINGLE thing had been touched. My order was left in the exact same spot, on a shelf in which it had been dropped off six months prior, literally collecting dust. Somehow, they were too busy to complete a small order in 6 whole months. I heard excuse after excuse as to why I had been pushed off and they had failed to contact me or give me any time of day. They handle confrontation very very poorly, and seem to be afraid of it, much like a shy high school student dealing with a bully in the hallways to put it quite honestly. I didn't get any compensation or apology whatsoever, and they just acted like they had been doing me favors for my business with them rather than treating me like an actual customer, like I was. The owner then said he would have my order finished in two more weeks, then another month and a half went by and still no word. Needless to say, I went back, nothing had even been touched, and I pulled my product and left. Unless you are a large company looking to make shirts for a fun run or large corporate party or something, don't count on these guys. They just go for the big bucks and prioritize customers over others. I am very unimpressed, and very unhappy. These guys cost me and my business big time.

I had to give it 1 star just to review but they dont deserve it. The absolute worst: they dont return calls after they tell you thet will, they dont keep their promised completion dates and they dont keep their store hrs or answer calls. Door says open at 8am, its 9:15am and nobody here. 8 days after my stuff was to be ready and im waiting outside a closed shop. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
