I was not pleased with my experience with Woodstock Furniture Outlet, with one exception: the movers were efficient, careful, and SO nice! The saleswoman who sold me the furniture made several mistakes, including not actually scheduling the delivery when I asked. Then, when I called to confirm the delivery the Tuesday before, the woman I spoke to at the store said that I should receive a text on Thursday with the time frame for my delivery scheduled on Friday. She did not mention any issues with the delivery. When I called on Thursday to confirm again, I was told there was no delivery scheduled. Luckily, I was able to speak with a manager and get everything delivered on Saturday, but that meant I didn't have a bed on my move in day. When the movers came on Saturday, they assembled everything, and then said I needed a box spring. My saleswoman specifically told me I don't need a box spring because of the "slats." She did not say anything about needing to purchase slats; she said it was the style of the frame. I called the store, and a manager said I don't need a box spring with this bed (it's a storage bed with storage only at the foot of the bed). I had the movers put my mattress on anyways. My mattress is sagging between the bars on the bed, and there is no support for the head of the mattress. Now I have to go buy more material to fix this problem. Definitely not worth the thousands I spent.

I'd love to rate this place well based on the amount of products they offer but I cannot. I attempted to buy a dining table that was on clearance. Great table, great price. Had a trailer and was willing to take the floor model right then and there but the sales person assured me there was one in the box in the warehouse that I could have for the same price. She told me I could wait until we moved to pick it up and just to call when we were ready to come get it. Well, I called the day before the move and was told that it would be transferred from the backup warehouse to the main one and would be ready to pick up the following day. Fast forward to the next day and I get a call saying the table I was sold never existed, the floor model was gone, and there was nothing they could do for me. I was wanting other peices of furniture from there as well but due to the lack of customer service and inventory management I will have to stick to facebook marketplace to find what I am looking for.

Pretty furious at the moment. My sleeper sofa was just delivered and it arrived damaged. My husband had to hammer in the nails on the side panel. We fixed it ourselves because it was a safety issue. Also, when delivered, my door frame was scratched to the point it will need to be replaced. My brand new floors that were just installed last week are gouged in two places. The delivery guys were really nice, but who is going to put in the cost and labor for my house to be fixed? Not me. Not when I paid $150 for delivery. I dont think I will ever buy from Woodstock Furniture Outlet again. --- EDIT: Danny was wonderful and did a great job fixing everything. He was also so kind and such a genuine person.
