I'm sorry you feel our customer service does not align with your views. We were told by you that you had purchased an airgun from Amazon, it arrived damaged. You received a full refund and they told you, you could keep the airgun. You then ask us if we could repair the airgun "under warranty". We explained to you... that "Technically", we could repair your airgun under warranty. However, given the circumstance, that you were given a "full refund" and you were told to keep the airgun. We did not feel comfortable filing a warranty claim with the manufacture and suggested, that you contact the manufacture with this claim.
