Jacob failed to note include notes about your vehicle service in the system which left Destiny unequipped to answer your questions. We apologize for your inconvenience. Would not recommend this location . I just moved to the area and thought I would try this location- horrible . Im not sure if it was an off day or if they are generally clueless. Everyone single person I interacted with was just clueless. Destiny, Karen, Tony, Jacob all had no idea what services were done to my car. I asked for an oil change , car wash , vacuum , multi spot inspection . I dropped it off at 8am . I didnt pick it up until the next day. I asked what did they find when I came back into pay and Destiny had no idea or any interest to check. She states I dont know Im just the front desk. Well it seems that no one knew , there was no notes in system , and there were no notations on my multi spot inspection sheet.. when I inquired about it to others she was laughing in the corner . Im not really sure whats funny about a paying customer asking what services were done to the car I had to leave overnight for a simple oil change. She was very unprofessional. Karen ended up giving me back my money so I had to take it elsewhere to get serviced since they had no idea. Thats very unintelligible. Huge waste of time.
