Guys were very nice and good to talk with.moved at a good fast pace also very hard workers..but they do need to slow down q pit to pay more attention n b more carefull bc my walls have a few dings n dents n marks n holes

Date of move October 25th 2021. I decided to go with Krupp moving company after receiving a much higher quote from a moving company I used in the past. The company rep Bree showed up for an estimate on move and I was very happy with her professionalism and decided to move forward with Krupp moving services. The day of the move a 4 man crew was on the scene Jacob, Jack, Tony, and Shaun. I Walked the crew through the home and pointed out each room to be moved. Also bedrooms and other rooms were already broken down such as bedroom sets, dining tables, etc. Many items were shrink wrapped for further protection and easier for movers, thinking that this was going to be a fast and efficient move without any hiccups. Wrong! Once movers arrived at the second destination to unload. I requested the playing of loud music to be turned down.( no respect for the community and neighbors) Half way through the move as I'm walking out the front door I over hear Jacob tell Jack "put it in the garage so he doesn't see it" I ask Jacob "what did you instruct him to say?" He backtracks and says" well i was going to tell you and I was going to glue it together." Then why instruct him to lie? To date 11-1-2021 I'm uncovering several other items that were rushed into the garage and covered to hide damage ie dining table top edge, console table edge, marble statue broken base etc. I had to tear down a Temperpedic bed to finish plugging in needed cables that the movers disconnected and never reconnected when putting the bed back together. Something that should never happen when paying for moving services. I received a call from a manager from Krupp company who was very apologetic for lack of professionalism and errors/damage. Though I appreciated the call and apology my items are still damaged and money spent wasted. Use caution with Krupp movers! I will not be using Krupp Moving & Storage ever again. P.S. Shaun and Tony were great!

Matt, Wayne and Isaha were all great! They were extremely respectful of our belongings and easy to get along with. I will be recommending them to whoever I know who is moving. Worth every penny! These guys were professional and the company was extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout the process.

Summary of my experience with Krupp Moving and Storage. 1) An onsite estimate was prepared for 4 men, 8 hours, 1 truck (size not specified), and the movers (herein referred to as "they") were to pack the kitchen with the exception of the food. Although not printed on the estimate, I was informed the drawers in the furniture did not have to be removed or packed. 2) They arrived on time, but only three men. There was a major miscommunication as they thought they were to pack only the plates in the kitchen, which makes absolutely no sense. 3) They were not prepared to do their job; they had no tools with them and asked to use mine. 4) As they were loading the truck, they asked me to pack the drawers. Afterward I left for the condo. 5) They arrived and unloaded the truck. They asked for my tools, which I did not bring, so I knocked on my neighbors door. A great way to meet your new neighbors. It was nearing 5:00 when they began to sweep out the truck. They requested I pay the balance of the invoice, which I did, and they left. I went back to the house and could not believe all that had been left. Partially disassembled furniture, a good portion of the basement and garage, and most of the kitchen was still in the cupboards. When they left that day, not one word was said of how much did not get moved. They just left left me hanging. Even though the estimate was for four men, the truck was full. The estimate, obviously, was off in regard to the contents. At no time did anyone suggest that one trip or truck may not be enough. NOTE: When the movers left, they should have been straightforward about the circumstances, perhaps saying Ms. Harding, it appears our estimate was a bit inaccurate. Although the truck was full, a fair amount of the things remain at the house. I will have someone contact you to make arrangements to take care of it. Instead, they, along with everyone else I spoke with at the company, tried to ignore the situation and me. 6) The next morning, I called the headquarters office. I relayed the situation to a man who said he would get back to me. After a week I called him back. He asked me to refresh his memory of the situation. Translated that means he hadnt done a thing or he would have some recollection. After refreshing his memory, he passed me off to a man who oversees the Columbus region, who said he would get back with me in a few days. Five days later, I called him. He asked me for the details again. Same translation here. Once again he said he would call me. He did not. I called him and again he asked me to refresh his memory. He called in a few weeks saying he would send a partial refund to compensate for the fourth man who did not show up on moving day. No check after two weeks. I called, same story. The small refund he offered was in no way commensurate with the level of aggravation and stress of trying to find a way to clear out the remainder of the contents of the house in the short period of time that remained. 7) I must mention the absolute, totally obscene waste of packing paper. There is no adequate way to describe the flagrant amount of waste here. I unpacked a large size movers box, stuffed from bottom to top with packing paper, which contained one plate, yes, just one plate. Many other boxes were packed similarly. Using 10X more paper than necessary quickly fills an empty box. More paper=less space in a box=more boxes and more paper. And you pay for this. 8) A picture was broken, frame and glass. An end table is missing brass corner caps, rendering it most unsightly. There were other incidents that occurred which I will not elaborate on here that contributed to this rating and review. On the positive side, however, they were polite and refrained from using profanity, at least none that I heard. Im not going to tell you not to use this company, Im only making you aware of my experience. All in all, this was not a good experience, and definitely not in keeping with your customers guarantee, Mr. Krupp.
