So far from the truth. I did not say or mention anything that is in this review. We called and emailed Miss Proctor many times to try to fix whatever issue she had which turned out to be making payments. Please read her review very carefully. Based on her review, we clearly did build her a website, we clearly also managed her social media and made 2 post per week as we were hired to do, and managed her website which was up and running until she REFUSED to pay. Please forgive my unprofessionalism in this response as I do not take kindly to someone claiming we have scammed them simply because they no longer see value in our services. Those are 2 completely separate issues. She never answered or called us back, and every email we sent was responded to with attitude and insults. She did not pay and refused to respond until eventually her site was unpublished(not deleted) for non-pay. We told her the price upfront, she signed a contract agreeing to the price and the services. We finished her site in about a month, she said she loved the site and the post we were making for her, and one day we started getting insulting emails about the price she is paying. There were no issues with her service, just the price.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. This company is a scam. As much as I went back and forth with this company designing my website I could have done it myself. From misspellings to every little detail. They market this company as a “website designer” but claim the website is complimentary (which they have shut down). However upon me paying $750 to start & $350 A MONTH & realizing I’m basically paying for a couple social media posts a week (which got NO ENGAGEMENT). I started running my own AD’S via Instagram which is linked to my Facebook. I expressed to them I feel like I’m paying for NOTHING & they basically said my ad engagement is what I’m paying for LOL. I refuse to pay $350 for any such thing. I’m sure the owner will respond with some jazzy explanation boasting about what he was PAID to do and did the absolute bare minimum & had the audacity to delete my website…but it’s is being rebuilt as we speak. WHAT A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

Trinity, I'm sorry to see you changed your review 3 months later. Your initial review was about the Website where you acknowledged we did a great job for you. After we completed the website you signed a monthly agree for website maintenance and updates. You requested to break that agreement and we agreed to terminate the agreement as well. We transferred you the site we built for you and are no longer responsible for servicing you. This review is not accurate. There were no issues that went unresolved. Please feel free to post any screenshots you have of work that was not done, or issues that were unresolved. If you allow, I would be happy to do the same and let people judge the facts and not take either of our words for it. You sent us a message refusing to pay because of an issue that was never discussed previously. You then canceled and refused to pay the cancelation fee. A few weeks later you called about not receiving a report that is not offered with your plan in the first place and said that was why you did not pay. After speaking on the phone and you threatening me saying, "I'll see you in Atlanta" and then insulting me through text message afterward, we simply transferred your website to you. I am sorry if this resulted in a loss of your reservations, however I'm not sure why you are leaving a bad review simply because we transferred your website to you, and as a result you think that you lost information. You still have all of the confirmation emails with all of your reservations which makes this review completely inaccurate. For anyone who has questions about this review I would be happy to show the wonderful comments that we received and the work we did up until a few weeks ago.

This company will yes you to death to get your money. But the minute you have issues, instead of being professional and trying to find a solution he just wants to be praised for all the work he’s already done and refuses to find a way to move forward. They when you get up set he will PULL DOWN YOUR WEBSITE and if like me. You’ll lose over 330 reservation made for your small 10 site camp ground. And then refuse to assist you any further. BE WARNED!!! FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!! The day my site went live he asked me for a review... I needed a campground booking site put together in a very short amount of time and Marshalls delivered.
