Dear Nathan, I am sorry that you feel like this, we have been in business for 28 years and pride ourselves on being honest with an open door policy. We spoke to you before we repaired your injectors and explained that your injectors were below specifications. We could not be sure that fixing them would solve the issue and explained that they could be contributing to the engines poor running, but there could be other underlying problems. You did instruct us to carry on with the repair. I understand your frustration; trying to diagnose engine faults is not easy. Regards, Keith

Dont send your injectors to this company try other companies unless you want to be told all your injectors are bad so they can make lots of money from you and once replaced have the same problems you have previously so obviously not the injectors at fault Literally may aswell have a money printing buisness instead as it seems they are in it for all the cash they can get from you STAY CLEAR

2nd time i have used United Diesel . fantastic service .Very friendly and Knowledgeable.I called about injector replacement for my Octavia 1.6 diesel they refurbished one same afternoon and it arrived by post with me by 10.00am next day and this was 3 days before Christmas . would always use for anything diesel.
