Disgusting quotes, I requested an online quote for 2 blackberrys,a 9900 and a Q5 and the Q5 is unlocked brand new and they offered me 10 for it,i know not many people like blackberry but then I searched their stock and they were selling one that was locked on the vodafone network for nearly 80 and mine was unlocked so they would have sold it for more than that,and they offered me a tenner? What's that all about? Talk about slum landlords,at least dick turpin had the decency to wear a mask!!! AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Rich at my local cash converters kindly got me out of a very sticky situation when my sons Christmas present I ordered on line didnt turn up. Rich and the staff are always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - if you are ever stuck it is certainly worth a visit. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely disgusted. Came from stoke to cash a cheque, phone beforehand to confirm that they would do it on Sunday and to check the documentation required- after checking with the manager, all good. Arrived only to be told by the branch manager that they don't actually cash cheques on a Sunday! The assistant rightly pointed out that we had just phoned and why else would he have asked her for clarification, then with all the documents in place it was refused based on a solicitors letter not being enough, along with DVLA letters. Bearing in mind that we don't have utility bills and we bank online like many people today! Given her attitude, we are of the mind that the branch manager simply didn't want the hassle.
