I walked in there looking for a pair of glasses and was approached by the older lady withwhite hair the glasses. After showing me a few pairs of glasses, I mentioned that I was looking to spend about $500 altogether on a pair and asked if she had anything that would fit that. She looked down her glasses at me, took the glasses right out of my hand, said "not here," did an about face and walked away without another word. I have a few pairs of glasses and have spent more and less than 500 on them, and I can understand that certain stores only carry "higher end", atleast in terms of price if not quality, glasses. But the attitude?? I know that I will never walk into this store again and will steer anyone I know clear of it.
