BUYER BEWARE! NOT men of their word. I've bought 2 vehicles there. The first was 10 years ago and turned out fine. But this past December I bought a truck from there during a snow storm; my old 2WD Ford was crapping out and I needed something newer and 4WD asap. I told them about my past experience buying a vehicle during a snow storm and getting home with it only to find hidden hail damage; they went out of their way to assure me that there was some hail damage but it was ONLY on the roof of the vehicle and pointed out that it was NOT on the hood. I saw this point and agreed and took them for their word (my mistake, as I should've learned by now that car salesmen lie, I should have and will forever more go over the entire vehicle with a fine toothed comb). In short, there is hail damage down the entire driver's side of the vehicle from some past, driving midwestern hail storm. I know the had to have seen it and just not disclosed this info to me, as he had just used the truck all weekend, before the snow, to take his boat to St Louis (who uses a car from the lot for their personal fishing trip?); I know because A) he told me and B) he still had fishing gear and miscellaneous crap in the bed that had to be cleaned out (very unprofessional). Furthermore, it was during this trip to St Louis when he had to have gone about 25 miles an hour the whole way, because the Avg Fuel counter on the dash was listed at over 14mpg at the time of purchase, no doubt to make the truck more enticing, because I haven't managed to get better than 11mpg since that time despite my best efforts. As if that weren't enough evidence of their untrustworthiness, he told me that I had to pay them my taxes on the truck within 30 days, not the 60 days listed on the temporary tag. BALD FACED LIE. I paid it on the 60th day out of spite. I will never shop at Rosedale Auto again and I suggest you do not either.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I recently bought a car under the impression that there were no problems, price was great, but there were hidden problems that were not disclosed to me. I was told there werent any problems with the vehicle later to find out there were various problems. Rosedale continuously told me they would fix the issue but never did. Long story short, the dealership was dishonest with me and held information from me knowing the risks of me reporting the situation but completely disregarding it in hopes of simply making money and not having the problems reported.

This dealershipnis so disorganized.I bought a car from them at the beginning of the year and have had many issues since. I also no longer have the car due to it lighting up on fire while I was parking it. Its almost impossible to get a hold of them and the only time they call you is to collect money but they dont record that you even gave them a payment half the time. I wouldnt go to this dealership regardless of how bad you need a car.
