Bad customer service. Little communication. No way to run a business.
This place has some serious issues with its online ordering system, keeping track of inventory and orders, etc. Don't buy anything online from them and expect to ever receive it.
Sorry but we had 5 other customers who had been patiently waiting for help. We greeted your family and informed them would help them when we were finished with the other customers. Best of luck in the future.

My wife and kids went here to drop $300+ on a wetsuit. After 20-30 minutes of being ignored they walked out. Tried to support local but I guess well call our buddy Jeff B. And get what we need!
