I personally didn't have a good experience, the lack of communication was frustrating. The head designer was the rudest person I ever talked to, however the owner seemed a little bit more level headed. Complete lack of customer service, only when I constantly called did they finally respond. However it could of been a much easier process if they were on top and had better customer service. Quality of prints are good, however if you want a good customer aftercare service then please stay away as if there are issues that might occur you will have to jump leaps and bounds. Overall this place lacks professionalism and customer service, and try to avoid the head designer (I never got an apology). A better process should be implemented to avoid issues. I wouldn't do business with them ever again based on my experience.
I emailed in my mock ups and design to get a quote. I called the place to see if I could get a sample done and they literally said nope we dont do just 1, its a waste of our time AND HUNG UP. I just thought it was very disrespectful that he said it was a waste of their time and didnt apologies. This one sample could have turn into 1000 pieces. Please do better in helping the people you want to do a job for. So disrespectful.
I just got off the phone to these guys. Even though, they weren't able to assist with my request, the service that was provided was phenomenal! They basically explained what I needed in "printing terms". Looking forward to using these guys in future when I need to bulk print.
Great team,great atmosphere.The weekend start up class gave me enough ability to get my own 'show on the road' and really enjoy creating cool tshirt print designs. Thanks again Steve!
I have been trying to contact arcade screen printing for 4 weeks regarding some shirts and a hoodie to be printed. They got Back to me With a quote, only after I called 3 times to follow it up, then heard absolutely nothing when I agreed and asked to go ahead. Dont waste your time. Horrible communication, as if they dont want your business at all. Good luck to a company that doesnt respond to emails or voicemails
