Double check your shoes before you leave the store. Went in saw large selection on plastic seal shoes. Thought sweet they take care of their shoes! Wrong Purchased $175 Air Jordan 1 mid banned. Before we walked out my husband decided to check the shoes. So glad he did because although the display shoe was nicely protected the other shoe was so badly creased! They did offer a discount but who wants to buy new creased shoes. Now I have $175 tied up on a refund. Who knows how long it will clear up. I need my money for Valentine's Day Shoes for my husband. Its a brand new store. Maybe they will learn from their ways. Good luck.

Placed an order for a Christmas Gift for my son, the shoes were very expensive, over $900 but he earned them. Woke up to a canceled order without any explanation and now I have nearly $1000 in funds I cannot use to purchase from an actual seller. Very disappointed

Ive been coming to this store for a little over a year now and the service each & every time is never short of excellent. The employees are very kind, informative, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any and every way. Ive bought quite a few pairs from these guys and their service could not have been any better. Also their prices are more reasonable than just about any other shoe store in the city. If you want and/or need some fly kicks at a more affordable price(s) along with exquisite customer service from all who keep the place running, Hype LA is the place to visit in Sherman Oaks!
