Chop house was disappointing. Delightful cocktails, sensational appetizers, and amazing service but the entrees were a disaster. Took over 30 mins for a mid rare steak and scallops. Steak was rare when it arrived, and the side dishes (Brussel sprouts, broccoli, baked macaroni) were bland and cold. Hollandaise sauce was stone cold and bland. Manager addressed the issues promptly and once the steak was cooked to temp, it was tender and buttery, perfect. Will try again in the future
