My Experience with TYLER WOODRUFF/Go Tee's Print Shop was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful spending your money with TYLER WOODRUFF because he would not honor you with any accommodation if his staff mess up on your order. As a customer, you want what you pay and expected to have. I didn't get what I paid for and I was very unsatisfied with the service that TYLER WOODRUFF and Go Tee's Print Shop provided. Tyler woodruff is the owner of Go Tee's Print Shop. I spent about $250 with Go Tee's Print Shop to do a print service job on my 6 hats and t shirts that I bought from City Trend. It took 3 weeks to receive my t shirts and hats, after paying $250 with Go Tee's. Go Tee's did a great print job on my t-shirts, but a awful print job on my hats. Go Tee's should stick with t shirts if the staff can not do a correct print service job on hats. Also Go Tee's should not allow a 3rd party company perform any print services on hats. I ask Tyler Woodruff if he could accommodate and honor my complaint, but he told me that he wanted me to spend more money out of my pocket to correct THEIR MISTAKE. Go Tee's mistake and error happened when the colors of my logo changed on each hat. The color of a business logo should never changed because of change in material. If the color of my business logo did not change on the t-shirts, than the business logo should not have changed on the hats either. Instead of Tyler helping his customer out by fixing the mistake, he wanted me to spend more money on another $35 embroidery or buy more hats to perform another print service. Unbelievable!!! A normal company or owner would have fixed or accommodate the error. As the 1st time customer, I am very dissatisfied with TYLER WOODRUFF and his company. I'm dissatisfied because I was not the person who printed off the hats, yet Tyler wants me to spend more money for their mistake. Why would I pay more money for my hats to get fixed? Please Be Aware of Tyler Woodruff and Go Tee's Print Shop!!!!
Honest Review here, Today while shopping at the Tri County mall I happened to come across this place. I talked to a lady, not sure of her name, but she seemed ticked off of me being there. Being the only customer I would expect her to be more friendly. That was not the case. After asking her a few questions, she seemed like she was ticked off for asking, continuing to tell me to call the owner instead. She gave me a business card, but it really did not help me at the moment. Being a graphic designer who moved to the Tri county area from North Carolina, I just felted like I didn't belong there, nor does my business. The price for single printed shirts are great under $20 bucks. When it came down to bulk orders, planning to print 200 shirts/hoodies would cost me a fortune. The "low price" she claims $8 per shirt, not including the number of print colors, area location of the prints, plus the added up charge for hoodies as well, would have cost me +$1,600. I had asked about if I would have brought in my own boxes of shirts and hoodies, but that would only take off $2 which would mean the cost per print would be $6. So doing the math, +$1,200. I have printed shirts 4x less that price. Save your money and go else where. If the employee didn't know the pricing for bulk orders, I wished she admitted that and not tried to intimidate me out of the place. Thanks but no thanks, I will go else where for custom prints. Your welcome everyone.
Ordered over $1000 dollars worth of shirts from Tyler and he sent them all x large instead of large like I requested and the invoice says. Talked to him and was reassured he would take care of it and never did Waited and waited and now hes ignoring messages def knew something was wrong when he started getting payment before having the shirts. And he talks about being a church guy
