Ive unfortunately have had my fare share of bad lawyers in my life. It is very hard to actually find a great lawyer that also suits you specifically. They say, You get what you pay for. Well I say you can also pay top dollar for the wrong lawyer. Its extremely difficult to find the right lawyer. With that being said, there are two Ms. Smiths at this firm and I hired the less experienced one bc she was 1.suggested to be great 2.I had an easy case and 3.she was reasonably priced more than the other lawyers. No exaggeration, biggest mistake of my life hiring this firm. She would stutter in front of the judge, not know her basic facts of the case, would call my ex, my wife when we were never married which made my ex look even better and more entitled in court, would get just straight bullied by the opposing lawyer in court allowing them to rule the floor and manipulate the judge. Oh my gosh, thinking about it still makes me feel agony. She costed me so much money having to pay bills where I wasnt even living in, my vehicle in MY name, and parenting time with my children that Ill never get back! I paid her to go to trial and I ended up working it out with my ex bc I just couldnt take the financial and emotional pain anymore! On top of all that, this firm had the nerve to hit me with another outlandish bill and continues to harass me and is now reaching out to my family via email to try and get paid pathetic and disgusting.

Ms.Smith handled my sons visitation case. What she told my son to do was a blessing. The dealings he had with Ms. Smith helped calm him down and to realize that he would definitely get his parental visitation. She was always there to listen to him and speak to him 24 hours with many questions and to assure him that the end result would be he would get his daughter on his visitation days. Carrie you are an excellent Lawyer and we are extremely grateful for what you have done for my son and me (grandmother). I would recommend Carrie to anyone that is getting a Divorce or Visitation problems. From the minute my son met her at his consultation he knew Carrie was the one who would help him.
